Ticket Terms and Disclaimer

The holder of a valid ticket or event registration ("Ticket") is admitted to the event subject to these Terms and Disclaimer.

By purchasing, receiving or using a Ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Admission

A valid Ticket grants the holder a revocable licence to attend the event for which it was issued.

Admission is subject to venue capacity, security requirements, safety regulations and any additional conditions imposed by Passion Anthem Sdn Bhd ("Passion Anthem"), the event organiser or the venue operator.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is considered unsafe, disruptive, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate without refund where permitted by law.

Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid only for the event, date and time stated on the Ticket unless otherwise specified.

Unless expressly permitted, Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged after purchase.

Any lost, stolen, altered, duplicated or unauthorised Ticket may be rejected without replacement or compensation.

Recording and Intellectual Property

Unless expressly authorised, you must not record, livestream, broadcast or commercially reproduce any part of the event using any audio, video or other recording equipment where such activities are prohibited by the organiser or venue.

All intellectual property rights relating to the event, including presentations, performances, recordings, materials, branding and other content, remain the property of their respective owners.

Photography and Media

By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs, audio recordings and video recordings may be captured during the event.

You grant Passion Anthem and its authorised partners permission to use your image, voice and likeness in photographs, videos and other recordings for promotional, educational, archival or marketing purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

- engage in disruptive, abusive, threatening or unlawful behaviour;
- endanger the safety or enjoyment of other attendees;
- bring prohibited items into the venue;
- damage venue property or equipment;
- interfere with event operations; or
- breach any venue rules or instructions issued by authorised personnel.

Security personnel or venue staff may inspect bags or personal belongings where permitted by applicable laws and venue policies.

Assumption of Risk

By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with participation, including risks arising from crowd movement, lighting effects, sound levels, weather conditions, venue conditions and other circumstances commonly associated with public events.

If you feel unwell or require assistance during the event, please notify the nearest event staff or emergency personnel immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Event Changes

Passion Anthem reserves the right to modify event schedules, programmes, speakers, performers, venues or other event arrangements where reasonably necessary.

Where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require postponement, cancellation or significant changes, any available remedies will be communicated in accordance with our applicable refund or event policies.
